- Which Payment Methods Does Modern Living Direct Accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, Klarna, and other secure payment methods. If you would like to pay using American Express, this is also available through Klarna. Additionally, we accept payments over the phone. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about suitable payment methods. We will be happy to help.
- How Long Does Delivery Take?
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 days of purchase. We’ll send you a tracking number via email once your order is processed so you can keep an eye on its progress. Please note that we currently don’t ship outside of the UK. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by giving us a call pre-dispatch, and we’ll send the refund back to you within 24 hours. Please let us know if you would like to discuss your delivery date with us. We will be happy to make adjustments where necessary.
- Does Modern Living Offer Design Consultations?
We have several experts at our Bradford showroom who are available for free pre-booked in-person consultations. Our designers are on hand to help you design your new bespoke bathroom or kitchen, considering your spatial restrictions and requirements. You can book your consultation by calling us on 01274 541236, visiting us in-store, or using our online booking form.
Once your initial design consultation is over, we follow up with a detailed 3D design plan and visit your home to ensure we’re on the right track. We’ll then manage your installation from start to finish to ensure your experience is completely hassle-free.
