An item that has sold out or has an extended lead time. We try to add additional times to the listing when we have the information. You are able to buy the item to secure stock.

No re-stock dates are confirmed and you are currently unable to buy the item. Please get in touch to find out current lead times.
While we always endeavour to keep the site as accurate as possible, due to the current uncertainty with the availability of products there are times where a product may have gone out of stock. We’ll make sure we let you know as soon as we can if there is a problem and offer a solution where we can.
Delivery Methods
Smaller items like microwaves, hobs, taps and some hoods are dispatched via a courier, you will get an email and text with tracking information. If you would like to receive text updates, please ensure your mobile number is added in the mobile phone box to enable this.
Larger items are delivered using a variety of methods, but most ovens, large appliances, bathroom screens and baths are dispatched using a 2 man delivery service with express deliveries sent on a pallet. Please see the delivery page for more information on this. We will get in touch to arrange the delivery before dispatch.
